Not that it really matters much – but, having now reached 110 overs of the Warwickshire innings at Edgbaston, the Bears have outdone Kent on bonus points by 7 to 2 in this match.

Quite a margin. As is the Bears’ lead – by more than 200 now.

It would mean that, if Warwickshire do go on to win this game, they would win the Division Two title by 21 points.

Chris Wright (38) and Jeetan Patel (27) have now put on 51 for the ninth wicket against an increasingly disheartened Kent attack, who have turned to spin again after Matt Henry made the breakthrough with the new ball.
